Shipping Policy
A shipping fee applies to all orders under ₹500. Add your billing and shipping addresses, review your order to know the exact charges, and click on ‘Place Order.‘ A shipping fee depends on the order quantity and pin code. Badrika Enterprises reserves the right to modify/waive the shipping fee occasionally. Products will be deliver within minimum 3-4 days from order date.
The shipping fee will be refunded in the following cases:
- Order cancellation by the customer before delivery;
- Order declined by the seller;
- Order shipment lost during transit or undelivered
The shipping fee will not be refunded to customers in the event of the return of a delivered order.
Convenience Fee: A nominal convenience feeof ₹5 applies to all orders. A convenience fee depends on the order quantity and pincode. Badrika Enterprises reserves the right to modify/waive the convenience fee occasionally.
The Convenience Fee will be refunded in the following cases:
- Order cancellation by the customer before delivery;
- Order declined by the seller;
- Order shipment lost during transit or undelivered
The convenience fee will not be refunded to customers in the event of the return of a delivered order.
